Prescriptions
The surgery now uses the Electronic Prescription Service (EPS) for all our prescriptions and no longer use printed prescriptions unless they are private issues. Please check at reception, your local pharmacy or NHS website for further details.
The best way to request a repeat prescription is Online. Our Online Services can help you request repeat medication at your convenience with automated delivery of your prescription to your preferred pharmacy. You may also complete the webform to submit your request online or by sending your details to our prescription team via email: Greenmeadows.prescription@nhs.net please include your name, date of birth and the medication required. All prescription requests need to be made in writing to the surgery.
We are unable to accept requests for medication over the telephone.
