Do you know that you can make a routine appointment at Boundary House Surgery in Bracknell with a GP, Nurse or Health Care Assistant in the evenings and on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays by calling US when we are opening to book the appointment.

Outside of normal surgery hours please ring 111 for assistance. Calls are free from both landlines and mobile phones.
This is for minor accidents and emergencies. More severe injuries should be taken to Wexham Park /Frimley Park A&E.

The Slough Walk-in-Centre offers NHS advice, information and treatment for minor illness and injuries, from experienced nurses. Appointments are not needed and the opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 07:00 – 22:00
Saturday and Sunday 09:00 – 22:.00
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
